SR5502

The SR5502 is a fixed back-room / warehouse RFID antenna assembly from Zebra, designed to monitor and record the movement of RFID-tagged items as they enter or leave storage or warehouse areas. It’s optimized for high-volume inventory flow, making it suitable for stockroom control, warehouse aisles, and logging inventory transitions.

The SR5502 antenna assembly is engineered for warehouse and back-room applications where tracking the flow of goods from arrival to dispatch is essential. Mounted on the ceiling (or wall) and paired with a compatible RFID reader, SR5502 automatically captures tags of items moving through the coverage zone — enabling seamless inventory tracking without manual scanning.

With dual-antenna support and a robust design, SR5502 handles high tag density and high throughput, improving read reliability even when many tagged items pass at once. Its pre-configured, integrated antenna setup simplifies deployment — once mounted and connected (via Ethernet / PoE), the system becomes operational immediately.

SR5502 is particularly effective in environments like warehouses, distribution centers, stockrooms, or storage facilities, where automatic detection and logging of inventory movement is critical for inventory accuracy, audit trails, shrinkage prevention, and operational efficiency.
